This Privacy Policy explains how As You Wish Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the As You Wish mobile application (the "App"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
As You Wish is a secure personal vault that lets you record video messages and store important information so it can reach the people you choose when it matters most. Because the App handles sensitive personal content, we take privacy and security seriously.

To secure your vault, the App uses your device's biometric authentication (fingerprint or face) through the Android BiometricPrompt and the Android Keystore system.
Your fingerprint or face data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Biometric matching is performed entirely by the Android operating system. The App only registers a device-bound cryptographic public key with our server to confirm that a successful biometric check occurred on your enrolled device. We cannot reconstruct your biometrics from this key.
The App accesses the camera and microphone only while you are actively recording a video message or capturing your profile photo. We do not access the camera or microphone in the background.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we use strong safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 6 and Section 9). We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

As You Wish is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
